Introduction
In this assignment I’m going to be showing screenshots of me taking apart a computer and putting it back together and also installing hardware and software components onto a computer.
In this picture you can see the computer opened up and all the wires/disk drive and hard drive all inside.
In this picture you can see the parts of the computer missing. They were removed so that we can put it back together. The fan and the ram have been removed.
In this picture I am taking apart the CD drive. Which i disconnected from the motherboard and had to unscrew it from the base of the computer.
In this picture you see me putting the CD drive back into the computer. Then I connect it to the power supply in the computer. I had to screw it down to the computer base to make sure it does not come lose this way it will function properly.
As you can see in this picture I am connecting the power unit wires which have multiple plugs which connect into the motherboard, hard drive etc. These wires are responsible for controlling the power unit in the computer.
